Jojo’s Bean To Bar carefully packages all products to ensure they arrive in the best possible condition.

All orders are shipped Monday or Tuesday ONLY. Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, and/or holidays.

Once an order has been shipped, Jojo’s Bean To Bar is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Customers will receive tracking information when their order is shipped whenever available.

Warm Weather Notice:

Chocolate may soften or melt during shipping in warm climates. While we package our products carefully, we cannot guarantee that chocolate will not melt during transit.
